Objective:

The goal of the Workable project is to develop a complete training course for educators / mentors, coaches and people working in the field of support for people with intellectual disabilities, to acquire the skills related to a new professional figure, the Job Coach specialized in supporting the introduction of people with mental disabilities into the workplace. The training path is supported by a gamification platform to increase user motivation and engagement.

Expected results:

• An online platform that uses a game-based approach to engage and motivate users to follow a training path to acquire the skills necessary for the professional Job Coach working with people with mental disabilities (PMD)
• A mobile app connected to the platform helps Job Coaches to create, manage, and validate a specific action plan for the PMD in the workplace
• A Handbook that contains the result of research and analysis in the field of Job Coaching and Individual Placement Support for PMD
