How to engage participants during corporate events
The idea of using gamification in an event called “Hemophilia and Sport” comes from two needs: onthe one hand, we wished to improve the classic residential event formula with a more engaging and innovative format, on the other hand, we wanted to open a dialogue between clinicians, patients and associations. During the event, the management used three different types of games to boost challenges between teams. These games dynamics generated people’s curiosity, involvement and great participation during the event.
